Macro for Conditional Transpose

I need a Macro which can Transpose a number of rows into columns based on a condition-

Input Format-
6/20/2011 8:34
CELL 1 CDM 1
NO CRC HEARTBEAT
6/21/2011 21:07
CELL 1 CDM 1
SIGNALING LINK UP
SIGNALING LINK UP but No calls
INIT:CELL 2:SC!
OK
6/21/2011 21:07
CELL 1 CDM 1
NO CRC HEARTBEAT

Output Format
6/20/2011 8:34 CELL 1 CDM 1 NO CRC HEARTBEAT
6/21/2011 21:07 CELL 1 CDM 1 SIGNALING LINK UP SIGNALING LINK UP but No calls INIT:CELL 2:SC! OK
