Pay Period Calculator

Please refer to the attached document.

It is used to calculate the number of pay periods in a month. Depending upon the frequency of pay; weekly, fortnightly etc...

It is really long winded and i'm certain there is a shortcut to enable me to get the same reference table results.

Is there a way in which I can simply enter the date the first pay of the year is due to be paid and the reference table is then populated?
