Problem with pasting down one row

hi im very new to this basicaly this is surpposed to copy the data to the next row while adding 1 number on to the a column (ie a2 is 1, so a3 will be 2 etc ) it changes the number fine but overwrites the row instead of going to the one below

Any help would be appreciated , here is the code below

Welcome to the forum. Could you post a copy of your workbook. It may help in explaining what your copying and too where.

Sorry for the late response.

I need more information. I looked at your code and I could no figure out what you do to activate the code that you say has a problem. If you could give a brief description as to what it is you do to activate that code. Are you trying to enter a "New " record?

I modified the "Selection" offset to "1" from "0".
This should now place the data in the correct location if the "Code" is suppose to add new data to the spreadsheet.
