Excluding one sheet from 'add headers'

Hi

I have added a work sheet to my spreadsheet that I want to exclude from the following macro that adds info to the headers and footers of all worksheets.

The new worksheet is called Print PO

I would be grateful for some advice on how to edit the code to do this.

That 2nd posting has floored me, sorry for my lack of understanding.

I've been working on your first kind reply and I have a compile error "for control variable already in use at"
