change the backcolor based on excel value

    Hi guys

I want to write a formula/macro so that when the excel cell value reached to 365 then change the backcolor to red.

I hope anyone can help me out.

Actually the thing is we have to compare two dates and when the count reaches to 365 then change the backcolor to red.

I know we can do it using vba programming by creating form but we have to make it working without userform so may be writing macro will do.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks
