Select rows by same value in a column; then do "save as"

I have a huge spreadsheet that contains segment of pipe that needs to be split by Valve Section (Column I); then saved as its own .xls. The file name can be the value itself. For example, on the attachment you will see rows 2-7 are segments within Valve Section "113-6". These rows need to be selected, then saved as 113-6.xls...and so forth.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
