Edit cell formula across multiple cells

I've got this formula

I want to run a macro across the highlighted cells that will change the "205" to subtract 4. From bottom to top. OR, Add 4 from top to bottom. On highlighted cells only.

Not sure what you mean, but if you change 197 in your formula to 193+(ROW($A1)*4)

Then if you drag the formula down it will increment in steps of 4.

A similar thing can be done to drag across 193+(COLUMN(A$1)*4)
