Stopping the Screen Updating Flashing

Okay, so I've attached the file in question so you can take a look. Basically, the problem is that when the spreadsheet is run, the cursor constantly flashes as the clock ticks. I've tried using the Application.ScreenUpdating = true and false feature on each section within the module, but this actually makes the problem worse. The 'Watch' panel (which I happened to have up at the time) starts flashing too.

So, if anyone knows how I could get rid of the annoying flashing as the clock runs, that would be great. Thanks.
