Explanation and/or solution needed

Could somebody please explain to me why this code will not work with cells that are under conditional format.This code works on a grid with colors that are set individually
but will not work over a grid who`s cells have been conditionally formatted.This code just colors the whole grid green,but should do what it shows in the lower grid i included in the workbook.I could really use an explanation.
