I think this would be an option of your PDF printer, check if there is an option for auto save without dialog.. i don't think this cab be done with excel.
or maybe someone else has a better idea
How does that save as a pdf? You need software to save as a pdf with Excel 2003

I am using win2pdf
I haven't used that but probably set the printer to the win2pdf printer, have a look at installed printers
