Excel 2003 vba get picture as input

I succeeded uploading image to cell comment.

I have 3 questions:
1. How can I verify that the .Comment.Shape.Fill.UserPicture is not empty ?
2. How can I get the image back into a variable ?
3. Is it possible to paste the image into cell (not comment) ?
