unable to run macro due to "lack of resources" error

on wednesday 5/18 I was able to run a macro that copies and pastes onto a sheet in the workbook. this is the same funciton I ahve been doing for over 6 months. there were no changes to the macro, data, or any settings. on 5/19, I can no longer run this macro due to "excel cannot compleet this task with available resources." error.

something changed beyond my control and I don't know how to fix it. even old data will no longer run.

    can someone help?

    Hello smakatura,

You could try starting Excel in safemode. This will bypass all files that are stored in startup directories, such as the default XLStart folder located in the directory where Excel or the 2007 Microsoft Office system is installed.
    1. In Microsoft Windows, click the Start button, and then click Run.

Note If you are running Windows Vista and you click the Start button and do not see the Run command, point to All Programs, click Accessories, and then click Run.
    2. In the Run dialog box, type Excel.exe, or click Browse to locate it.
    3. Type a space, and then type the switch and any parameters as below.

      excel.exe /safemode
    Sincerely,
    Leith Ross

Could you please provide a copy of the code, or a sample workbook?
