Protect worksheet options

Hi Experts,

While protecting a worksheet from Tools---Protection---protectsheet, We see lot of options in checkbox displayed under "Allow all users of this worksheet to"

By default, I see only the following alone shows in tick status--- "Select locked cells"
and "Select unlocked cells".
My requirement is I need few more options to be to be in tick status such as "Sort" and "Usefilter".
I need to customize by default such that the options whichever i require should be enabled by avoiding manual selection.

How do we change the settings in excel?
