Query in Spread Sheet Validation

Though this is not the forum to discuss, i would like to give you few points.

1. the business is not the same every year. Atleast once in a year you need to check if any amendments, changes on the process, way of reporting etc are all changed on the template accordingly.

eg:
you have been reporting sales for 100 products this year. but next year few products might get deleted, few would be added. you need to make these changes on the report/template as well else you would be reporting incorrect numbers.

in short validating the spread sheet is nothing but creating a new template with all the updates once in year.
