Date and Time Picker has Red "X"

I use the date time picker for on a spreadsheet that is used by everyone throughout the office. One user can not see the picker, but instead has a red "X". Everyone else can use it fine.

Anyone have a fix for this or at least a starting point to where I may begin looking?

Yes, we are on the same version of windows and Excel, which is 2007.

I did have to copy MSCOMCT2.OCX to his computer the other day because it was missing for some reason and he was having problems running macros. I'm assuming that it has something to do with that.
