Copy row data for checked checkbox

Hi,
Can anyone pls help?

My problems:
1. To insert a static date + time when i check on the check box.
2. To copy checked entries to sheet 2 and delete from sheet 1 using cmd button "Add".

On top of this prob, I would like to remain my check box after deletion of the checked row data.
