Concatenate- every combination

Trying to concatenate and list results as every possible combination for two columns. Example attached:
simple concatenation is shown in column G for rows 2 thru 4.

Problem: every possible combination is needed between columns E and F for columns 6-16 (working with real data that is greater in length).

How to construct this formula or macro?
Will results be listed in column G?
