How do I remove a reference using VBA

I have an excel workbook that loads the proper MS Outlook Object Library based on Excel version. I would like to know the code to unload this reference using VBA. The two possible references are MS Outlook 12.0 AND 14.0 Object Library. I think this is a simple question, but I just don't know the code. Thanks.
