wall stickers on worksheets based on a dynamic table

I have 7 worksheets (monday to sunday). On the top corner i want a kind of wall sticker based on a table in the 8. sheets. Ex on the 3. of may i type in: -Empty trash- in the table. The wallsticker on every other sheets says: Empty trash. On the 5.of may i type in: clean windows. Then the wall sticker says the same. The problem is that i want to have the previous actions in the 8.sheet as a historylog.

The wallsticker needs to check ex column B and pick the last cell that has been written in.

It's really a simple loop. It needs to pick the last row/column thats been written in and return this to another sheet. If I write in row 4 column B, this text will be shown in worksheet A. If tomorrow i write in row4 5 column B, this text will be shown(in a different worksheet).
