List Named Range in WorkBook in new Sheet

Hi,
I'm hoping someone can help me with this...

I have a workbook with 50+ named ranges and I am wanting to list these & the range the named ranges refer to in a new sheet, basically a two column list of the Named Range and the Reference.

I've tried looping through sheets and cells to pick up if the cell has a named range associated but am having no luck with returning the named range.

Any advice most welcome.
