Macro to Transpose Columns Into Rows

Hello,

I want to create a macro that transposes columns into rows. I provided an attachment by the name of "data set" as part of this post to show exactly what I am looking for.

I have 2 worksheets in this workbook: the first is "Sheet1" and the second is "WHAT IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE"

The results that I am after should resemble the second worksheet "WHAT IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE"

The 2 worksheets are pretty self explanatory, but if any confusion exists please let me know and I apologize for any inconvenience.
