VBProject locking

How can I programmatically LOCK a VBProject of my own design?
Workbook is being built and VBA code inserted by using VBA/VBE.
In finishing the project, I want to programmatically LOCK the project without using SENDKEYS, because that method can fail, depending on the end user's machine.
