Pivoting or Sumproduct of time

I am having a hard time summing up time. So, my data came to me as 12:45:00 AM. I have multiple people with this time stamp. I know how to write the formula to sumproduct by person the value column, which is the time stamp. But the answer I am getting is not the correct SUM. Additionally, my pivot table is not producing the write answers in this format. I have ...
