count cells/rows, delete the rest

Hello,

I'm looking for a macro that will look at the time in cell A2 then count how many other cells have the same time and hold that value for future use and delete all the rows that do not have the same time.

I think it's working, but it's still running. I'll let you know in a minute.

Ok it finished but it didn't delete any rows. I turned off screen updating. It help a little, but still extremely slow.
