Red face Click on message box of IE

Hi,

i am deveoping a macro to confirm a booking. While clicking on the confirm button, the website is showing the message box for confirmation saying that "Do you want ot confirm" with 'Yes' and 'No' Button.

the button is created using 'SPAN' Tag and the button link is given using "A" Tag. Meaning the button is not created using "Input" Tag.

How can i get rid of this message box to complete the process.

Thanks in advance.

Regards
Vels

Re: Click on message box of IE

Hello Vels,

The "A" tag or Anchor in HTML is used for hyperlinks (href argument is the link path). This means the message box is being displayed by the server and not the browser.

There are many factors to consider when answering this type of question. Without knowing the site you are accessing and the network configuration, it is difficult to give you a precise answer.

Interactive controls that are part of the web page Document object are easily accessible through VBA. Server-side documents and functions are difficult or impossible to access through code.

While it may be possible to employ other scripts like the API and Java, you are probably stuck having to manually answer the message.
Sincerely,
Leith Ross

Remember To Do the Following....

1. Use code tags. Place
before the first line of code and
after the last line of code.
