Multiple Random Selections

I'm using the following formula to randomly select 1 candidate from a list of names.

My problem is I need to select up to 10 candidates and repeating this formula 10 times can select the same candidate twice, sometimes thrice.

Is there a method I can use that will exclude a previously selected candidate, and then randomly select from the remainder - up to 10 times?

In a convenient column, enter the formula =RAND() and copy down. Sort by that column and choose the top 10.

I don't know if that's going to work shg.

I need to display the total eligible candidates, and have the 10 selected ones displayed elsewhere.

That formula worked great because the end user could just open the sheet, and 10 names were randomly selected from their input list.

With your method the end user (not very computer literate - hence the spreadsheet) would have to manually make changes, and re-sort.

As a hint this is for a random drug and alcohol testing requirement.
