Exporting as text only, in page order

I've been given an excel file that is setup as flowing text over 28 pages. I need to export this data in page order in one file, tab delimited. The columns needs to export as A-D and E-H. I have attached a snapshot with lines showing what I am trying to say, I'm just so out of my realm in excel. I tried manually selecting and copying into MWord, but it locked up Word every time I went to paste a second time. Very odd.
