Msg box that says if it says something in a cell, and in which row it says something

Hello.
I need some help here. I'm Norwegian so the document I've attached is in Norwegian. But I'll explain as best what I want, so that the language will not be a problem.

In cell HK6: HK96, is there a formula that checks some stuff. If you do something in excel sheet that is prohibited, it will be in cell "HK" "XXX". What I want is a macro, which runs through the whole HK row and and tells of a MSG box in which line the error is.

But there is one thing. if it says "XXX"column C the macro does not care if it says anything in the column HK.
