Red face Splitting Names and calculating dates

I am attaching a speed sheet that I have filled in the first line on how I want it to look. without any formatting as I don't have an idea on how to do it. But I know what I want it to do. So what I want to have happen is I have a list of payroll names (first and last name in one cell) what I want it to do is move first name in a box and last name in a box. Not sure if that is on option. If not an option, is there an option if I already have them separate in each box to combine them into one cell. Then I have filled in there hire dates and I would like to have the cell's fill in for 90 days and 180 days. Please let me know if you have any questions as I don't always know how to word this correctly.

    Thanks

    Kathi
