Searching a workbook from a worksheet?

Is there any way this can be done? what i am wanting to do is have a field on a dashboard type worksheet that shows totals for our inventory that can search for a specific user and return what equipment is checked out to them. So if i typed Jane Doe in the field, it would return what pc/laptop/camera etc. was in their posession. I have all of the data in tables in the workbook which grabs the inventory data from an access web database on our sharepoint server. Any ideas?

Shouldn't be hard to do using something like the Find method. Only problem is you gave no cell references. How or where do you want the data returned? If you could submit a copy of your workbook with a detailed explaination on what you want to go where it would help.
