I am so happy to have found this cool place,
I am new to macros, and I am struggling to implement the below:
I will need to vlookup and pull data from standard workbooks that will be saved in the same folder monthly; (attachment in my third post, sample Sales_Stats_201105) to a target workbook. The data will be pulled from a vertical table {Pears, Apples, Olives} with n columns
The target workbook contains a column of text data (eg {Pears, Apples, Olives})
I have implemented a vlookup formula, returning the value of a single cell (e.g =VLOOKUP($A25,'[Sales_201105.xls]Grocery'!$A29:$J46,COLUMN(B$25),FALSE))
I would like to be able to run a macro instead, that will vlookup and populate the relevant cells of the target spreadsheet;
