Problem in creating hyperlink

Hi, im trying to create a macro that ask user input data, then creates a new sheet named what user entered, then put that data in the first blank cell in "sheet1" column A, then creates a link from this cell to the new sheet recently created. It all goes alright, but when i test the link thats been created i get "Reference Is Not Valid" error. how can fix this error?
i will appreciate your help.
