making buttons/macros universal for every sheet

I have kind of a complicated question, so i hope i'm able to express myself clearly.

I have a document with several sheets. I am making a new sheet for every week, and i want to create buttons and other form controls on those sheet. On Friday, i want to be able to create a new sheet for the next week with a "add new week"-button. I want that sheet to be excactly like the previous weeks sheet, with buttons, and the codes for every button.

First off, if you understand what i mean, is this doable? I would guess theres a way to make buttons universal for every sheet, and of course they would have to be placed in the same way. I want to create an entirely similar sheet, only with the week number different.

    thanks

Rather placing button on sheet, create a new toolbar and place button on that.
as I am using Excel 2003, I dont know what are the steps to create toolbar in Excel 2010

May be some one else can help.
