Macro to check dynamic file path and create if does not exist

Hi
Having difficulty getting the code to check if the file path exist and if it doesn't that it creates the file path.
However if the file path exists then it just adds the file.

Any help is appreciated.

The object sPath needs to be set as a Scripting.FileSystemObject
