Load! - What is this???

I am investigating how to make a spreadsheet with some complex calculations and commands a lot faster. I ran into an equation: =LOAD!B10. I am not sure what thaty does exactly. I imagine it retrieves data from somewhere and loads it, but I am really not sure. Any help is appreciated.

It looks like it retreives the data from B10 on the worksheet named "LOAD".

I searched the net using VBA and LOAD.

It seems you can LOAD a userform before Showing it. Never used this but it would be a VBA thing and not a normal excel type formula.
