Average Values based on Condition

Hi,

I have a large spreadsheet of prices classified by several codes. So far I have been manually averaging each section, however, I can't help but think there is a way to automate this process.

I'll try to explain the function I am attempting to implement.

1. Check first column value(the identifier column), if different from previous value, begin new average of second column(pricing)
2. If not, average with all like values until different value reached
3.When new value reached, display average and begin new average

I have attached a 30 row sample, please let me know where I provide clarifcation.
