    Question How to get data in a single row using macro from multiple columns

    HI,

    It would be great if someone helps me to solv this problem, I am in a urgent need.

    I have a excel sheet with 1000 or more line items, where the data is like this:

    unique data unique data non unique data non unique data
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    02400671 Jennifer A Ramos fsf ewe
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    02172694 Maria Sandoval fsfg wtw
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    02136885 Sheila Mindick dsf dvx
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    02185627 Mosbah Deknache frf sfg

    and want this data in the below format by the help of a macro:

    02400672 fsf ewe
    Jennifer A Ramos
    02172691 fsfg wtw
    Maria Sandoval
    02136881 dsf dvx
    Sheila Mindick
    02185629 frf sfg
    Mosbah Deknache

    To best describe or illustrate your problem you would be better off attaching a dummy workbook, the workbook should contain the same structure and some dummy data of the same type as the type you have in your real workbook - so, if a cell contains numbers & letters in this format abc-123 then that should be reflected in the dummy workbook.

    If needed supply a before and after sheet in the workbook so the person helping you can see what you are trying to achieve.

    Keep it simple...
    Doing this will ensure you get the result you need!
