After having a discussion with colleagues here, the changes to my last post are:
Team leaders plan the visits in terms of numbers of visits to a specific site on Planning sheet. Now this sheet needs to generate 12 sheets for the year or 3 for a quarter, distributing the number and types of visit as equal as possible within a quarter.
I have tried to link the sheets to carry forward the incomplete work from one month to other within monthly sheets, please dont mind my useless formulae, I am just learning.
If the monthly sheets take care of overflowing work then we decided that there would be no need for a separate sheet for carried forward work.
The sheet recording the work needs to record the work based on dates, and preferably grouped in months.
