    Clipboard and Paste

    I have a macro written that opens another .XLS file, copies columns from the .XLS file, then pastes them into my .XLSM file, and then closes the original .XLS file.
    However, yhe .XLS file always prompts for a response about "saving to the clipboard".
    Is there any code I can write to automatically tell it no? (I have tried recording it, but the recording does not record the response to the pop-up.
    Please and Thank You.

    Re: Clipboard and Paste

    Cant get it to work - where would I insert the command?

    Sub Down_Jobs()
    Unload Menu1
    Cells.Select
    Selection.Copy
    ThisWorkbook.Activate
    Sheet4.Visible = xlSheetVisible
    Sheet4.Select
    Cells.Select
    ActiveSheet.Paste
    Windows("JOBS.XLS").Activate
    ActiveWindow.Close
    Sheets("Download").Visible = False
    Sheet5.Activate
    Call Filter_Current
    End Sub
