Choose the bigger or equal value

Good afternoon,

Having a table with values starting of 400 to multiples of 400 liters, starting from 400 liters in A1 and the A30 end up in a row with 12,000 liters.

(all the rest multiples ultil 12000)

If I have a value of 510 liters imput in cell C1, I want to appear in cell D1 the value of 800 liters (ie where the value exceeds the value imput line in column A that always takes the next value, which as is 400 in 400 assumed the value ->800)?

Another example: If you have the value 890 in C1 to assume the value of 1200 in D1. (Always assume the next highest value of colum A)

Another example: If C1 has exactly one of the assumed values of 400 multiples as A then takes the same value in D1.
If it is C1 6800 D1 6800 is because it is according to the exact value of table A17.
