emailing a specific piece of data

My next question is

Ive been working on a different tracking program, this tracks fraudulant activity, I need to be able to e-mail a specific piece of the chart that it logs into. I dont have the code present or i would post it, Basically what i have it doing so far is selecting the chart and copying it, then i have the macro follow a mailto: which auto fills the outlook with a contact and subject, i have it tab to the outlook window but it will not paste, does anyone have any clue as to how to send the paste command,?!?!?! i have the code in the vb but its now executing correctly.
