How to find similarity of cells?

Hello, suppose I have cells like
    "ABC","ABC_1","DFG",DFG_2","WF 12","WF 12 DUP"
I want to divide them into different groups. Such as
    "ABC","ABC_1"
    "DFG",DFG_2"
    "WF 12","WF 12 DUP"
How to do it in VBA?
    Thanks.

    Hello zhshqzyc,

Are these values in individual cells?

Do you want the grouped values in the same cell separated with a comma?

Do you have an example workbook you can post?
    Sincerely,
    Leith Ross

Attached. If you look at the first row(header). I want to to compare the cells which have similar header. If they have similar header but different values, then color them.
    For example,Cells(2,2) and Cells(2,3), don't color them.
    Thanks for help.
