Are these values in individual cells?
Do you want the grouped values in the same cell separated with a comma?
Do you have an example workbook you can post?

Attached. If you look at the first row(header). I want to to compare the cells which have similar header. If they have similar header but different values, then color them.
For example,Cells(2,2) and Cells(2,3), don't color them.
