Multiple Col into many rows & col

Hi,

I could not really explain my request in the title.
Using Excel 2000.

I have:

Part Price1 Price2 Price3 etc
1111 1.0 2.0 3.0
2222 4.0 5.0 6.0

I need to converts to:

Part Price Group Price
1111 Price1 1.0
1111 Price2 2.0
1111 Price3 3.0
etc
2222 Price1 4.0
2222 Price2 5.0
2222 Price3 6.0
etc

Can any one help with a macro?

I have attached an XLS for assistance.
