getting data from source code of live page

Hi guys,

Need help with a macro. I am looking for a macro code that can get me file name from the source code of a live page.

Please refer the attached image. I have highlighted the part that needs to be extracted.

The file name is under METRICSPATH META tag, its the last part of the content attribute

Basically what i want is to get from the above data in "Content" attribute is "4x_optix_740" extracted and displayed in a cell.
For every page, the file name is always at the same place as in the above example.

I have attached the file with few urls.

Note: Please do not suggest excel formula for this. I use that currently but I need to automate this thing.
