Layout Change of Roster Input VB

In an attempt to help me record daily attendance, I am trying to use the attached file.

I have identified the following setbacks.
    1. Currently how the code is disigned it limits me to only use a name once in the roster, I would like to be able to use a name in more than one cell, incase a line breaks down or an employee is moved.
    2. The code also diminshes the "NameList" as a name is chosen, this helps to prevent using that name again. This code will have to dissappear, as it will not be needed.
    3. I would like to drop the "Input Section" shown in the "Input Attendance" worksheet down to row 500 (as we will never have that many employees, and then reference the "NameList",so that the names will appear once I start typing. In hopes of making data entry more efficient, and keep my spelling in check. See Sheet 1 for an example.
    4. I would like to change Rota to "Roster" although this may seem trivial, I have attempted this several times, and apparently I need more brain candy...
For the most part this file will suit my needs, the recall function enables more efficient data entry, and the Log is how I need to gather the data. As always Any ideas, advice, tips, thoughts, or other suggestions are appreciated...

    Hit Ctrl & H
    Find Rota
    Replace with Roster
