check the difference between any two values

Dear all
I have this list of values minute by minute, I want to check ( each column ) if in any entire five minutes, there is a differnce between any two values is more than 2 for example in any column as idicated the five minute can start at D21 and end at D25 or start at D22 and end at D26.
i thought to find the min value and the max value and then check the values within the five minutes around but there may be values satisfy my condition (the diff is more than 2 ) but it is not the max or min value, i want to highlit these values an any way or have any hint that tells yes you have these two values.
is that possible , thanks in advance.

Could you use conditional formatting with a formula of

=MAX(ABS(IF(($B$4:$B$200>=B4-"00:05:00")*($B$4:$B$200<=B4+"00:05:00"),D4-$D$4:$D$200)))>=2
