Simple Macro Needed

Here is my problem:

I want to copy data from active worksheet to another within the same workbook. I have multiple columns to do but once I have the ground work I can modify to do the remaining columns. Lets say I always want to start at cell F9 to F*** with a destination sheet name of “SPL” to cell A2 to A****. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
