    Quantifying Results From Survey

    Hi all,

For a GUI assignment, we have been encouraged (for extra marks) to do some data gathering regarding our main project we are working on. Being that I am somewhat of an Excel junky, I thought I would create a survey form for this purpose. I have 4 yes/no questions, 2 Likert scales, and 1 open ended suggestion box. How can I tabulate the selections from the survey? I have tried a couple of ways ie: boolean and simple additions of selections but they do not produce accurate results. I would also like to know how to extrapolate the text inputted into the text box by the user. Finally, I can't quite seem to figure out how to submit the survey. I know this is asking a lot but I don't need all of the work done for me, as usual I just need a nudge in the right direction. Please see the attached workbook. Thanks.

    Regards:

So I've got Unload Me (forgot that one) and can extract the text but I can't quite find what I am looking for as far as tabulating results of this little survey.

Edit: I have nothing to add here as my work thus far is incorrect.

Well, I think I've got this after burning the midnight oil. The form will auto load upon open and also when sheet3 is selected. I am going to add more and better, relevant questions, now that I know what I am doing. I am also going to hide the sheets once I go live with this and possibly even autoclose the book once the person submits the survey. Is that a good idea to do that? I don't know as this is completely new to me.
