Save changes - auto yes / off

Can I add a piece of code to this to say "yes" to save changes or turn off this function so it saves regardless.

I would like the contents of a worksheet within the open workbook that running the VB which is opening the other workbook adding the a new tab (paste to this new tab)

Is that poss ?
