Filtering one worksheet and transferring data to another workbooks worksheet

    Hi,

This is complicated, well to me it is.

What I am trying to do is transfer information from one worksheet (worksheet A) in one workbook to another worksheet (worksheet 1, 2, 3, 4...) in another workbook.

The information will be based on the station number and the month box with an 'x' in it to transfer to the appropriate station worksheet and month in worksheet 1, 2, 3, 4.... Then I will need a filter to check for numbers placed in other corresponding cells in worksheet A and then transfer to the appropriate worksheet under the appropriate month.

    Example.

    Worksheet A

    Station
    1
    2 X
    3

    Jan
    Feb X
    Mar

    Number assigned 10
    Number present 8
    Number current 10

to transfer to worksheet (1, 2, 3, 4...) under the Appropriate 'Station' worksheet and then under the Feb column in that worksheet.

    Thanks.

    1. It would help to see the workbook.

Make sure the workbook demonstrates your desired results if possible, or just highlight the cells you're trying to fix. Use BEFORE/AFTER sheets if that helps make it clearer.

    To Attach a File:

    1. Scroll down to the window below your post Additional Options
    2. In the frame Attach Files you will see the button Manage Attachments
    3. Click the button.
    4. A new window will open titled Manage Attachments - Excel Forum.
    5. Click the Browse... button to locate your file for uploading.
    6. This will open a new window File Upload.
    7. Once you have located the file to upload click the Open button. This window will close.
    8. You are now back in the Manage Attachments - Excel Forum window.
    9. Click the Upload button and wait until the file has uploaded.
    10. Close the window and then click Submit.

But maybe the important question is, why do you want that.

What are you gonna do with the data on the seperate worksheets?
Notice my main language is not English.

I appreciate it, if you reply on my solution.
